SHIPPING & RETURNS

Pay attention! Primo Fightwear Europe strives for a delivery time of 1 to 5 working days. calculating from the day after the order and not including the weekend and public holidays.
Once the package has been sent, you will receive a confirmation with a code for GLS Track and Trace. This way you can follow the route and time of delivery of the package. 

If you have not received a package after 5-7 working days after the confirmation email, please contact us at info@primofightweareurope.com.

Return or exchange:

If you have ordered something wrong, regret the order, or another reason to return a product, you can return or exchange the order.

Conditions :

• within 14 days;
• the product has not been used;
• the product is undamaged;
• the product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging. If the product packaging is damaged, we are forced to charge a fee to the extent of the damage.

Cost
If the product is damaged or you have received the wrong product, the shipping costs are for us. In all other cases, the 1st shipping costs and the costs are returned at your own expense.  

Send your details:
Make a copy of the invoice and add it to the product. This prevents us from knowing who the package is from.

Packing:
Make sure that the product is properly packaged and that it is returned with sufficient postage.
