14 DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:
We warrant that any product purchased through our website is of premium quality. If you have any reservations or comments about the appearance of or quality of our products, you should state these by sending us a mail at info@primofightweareurope.com within 14 days.
Unless we receive such a complaint from you within the period stated, you will be deemed to have accepted delivery of the products in accordance with your order. If an obvious defect is noticed by you within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products, we will replace the defective product at our cost with a product of similar or better value.

Therefore, the guarantee for the products we sell is provided to you by the manufacturers. This way you can enjoy the security of the service background and product support. Under applicable law, all new products we sell are warranted for a minimum of 6 months. The longer warranty period is marked separately for the affected products! The start of the warranty period is the date of the invoice and the warranty card.
    
A warranty claim can be made by presenting the documents listed below together:

- Complete factory packaging of the product with all factory accessories
- A copy of the receipt or invoice
- Warranty card issued by our company
If they are partially or completely missing, we cannot accept the warranty claim!

All boxing gloves come with a manufacturer's warranty. In this case, the manufacturer provides a 6-month warranty in the event of a defect resulting from the intended use. After return, we will notify the manufacturer that the warranty is valid.
In the event of a product failure, the warranty card included in the packaging or provided with the invoice must be followed.
    
The cost of the warranty return is always borne by the buyer. Of course, if after the return it turns out that there is a material defect or a problem covered by the warranty conditions, the web store will reimburse the cost of delivery afterwards.
